MusicMarket exists because talent in Indian music is not scarce — support is.

Research on independent musicians in India shows that most work without a team, struggle with reach, earn little in the early years and rarely find stages where they can build an audience. Students leave music schools with skills but few ways into the industry.

What we’re building

• A peer-support network where students, struggling artists and working professionals find each other and help each other grow.
• A trusted opportunity list — every listing reviewed, exploitative offers flagged.
• A learning hub that explains releases, royalties, contracts and gigs in plain language.
• Free growth support from our team for artists who want help with their online presence.

What we are not

We are not a marketplace. We don’t take commissions, sell visibility or run ads. Reputation here comes from helping others.
