1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us about misuse. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content & rights
You keep ownership of everything you post. You give MusicMarket a limited licence to display it on the platform for the purposes of running the service. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
4. Community rules
You agree to follow our Community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.
5. Collaborations & opportunities
Members and organisers arrange collaborations, gigs and other opportunities directly. MusicMarket reviews listings but does not guarantee them, is not a party to any agreement between members, and does not handle payments. Do your own checks and agree terms in writing.
6. Growth support
Free growth support is provided in good faith without guarantee of any result (followers, streams, income). We will not ask for your passwords, will only act on your accounts through access you grant and can revoke, and will not publish on your behalf without your approval. You keep ownership of your accounts, content and rights.
7. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MusicMarket is not liable for losses arising from interactions between members or from reliance on guides, which are general information and not legal or financial advice.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
